By creating an account or using Fortico, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts in your jurisdiction to use Fortico.
Fortico provides a business launch platform for Canadian entrepreneurs, including:
Basic plan — Free. No payment required. Access to basic document templates and guides.
Pro plan — $200 CAD, one-time payment. Includes all Basic features plus website, domain, email, logo, and social setup.
Executive plan — $200 CAD, one-time payment. Includes all Pro features plus instant AI document generation, e-signatures, legal agreements, CRA guides, consultation call, and 6 months priority support.
All payments are processed securely by Stripe. Prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are exclusive of applicable taxes. By purchasing a plan, you authorize Fortico to charge the listed amount.
All sales are final. Due to the nature of our digital services — including AI-generated documents and website builds — we do not offer refunds once services have been delivered or initiated.
If you experience a technical issue that prevents delivery of your purchased services, please contact us at info@fortico.ca within 7 days of purchase and we will work to resolve the issue or provide a credit at our discretion.
Documents generated by Fortico are created using artificial intelligence based on the information you provide. These documents are provided as templates and starting points only.
Fortico does not provide legal advice. We strongly recommend that you have all legal documents reviewed by a qualified Canadian lawyer before using them in a business context. Fortico is not responsible for any legal, financial, or business outcomes resulting from the use of documents generated on our platform.
You agree not to use Fortico to:
Documents generated for you by Fortico using your business information are yours to use for your business. Fortico retains no ownership of documents generated on your behalf.
The Fortico platform, brand, website, and underlying technology remain the intellectual property of Fortico Inc. You may not copy, reproduce, or reverse-engineer any part of our platform.
To the maximum extent permitted by Canadian law, Fortico Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or your use of Fortico shall not exceed the amount you paid to Fortico in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at info@fortico.ca. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service.
Upon termination, your access to paid features will cease. We will retain your data for 30 days after termination before deletion, unless legally required to retain it longer.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Fortico Inc. is incorporated. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of that province.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email. Your continued use of Fortico after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
