• →Payment information — processed securely by Stripe. We never store your card details on our servers
• →Usage data — how you interact with our platform, pages visited, and features used

We use the information we collect to:

• →Create and manage your Fortico account
• →Generate your custom business documents using AI
• →Process payments through Stripe
• →Send you your documents and service updates

• →Improve our platform and services

3. How we share your information

We do not sell your personal information. We share your data only with trusted service providers necessary to operate Fortico:

• →Supabase — secure database and authentication hosting
• →Stripe — payment processing (subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy)
• →Anthropic — AI document generation (your business data is used only to generate your documents and is not retained for AI training)
• →Vercel — website hosting and deployment
• →Resend — transactional email delivery

All third-party providers are contractually bound to protect your information and use it only to provide services to Fortico.

4. Data storage and security

Your data is stored on servers located in Canada and the United States. We use industry-standard security measures including SSL encryption, secure authentication, and row-level security in our database.

While we take reasonable precautions to protect your information, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We encourage you to use a strong, unique password for your Fortico account.

5. Your rights (PIPEDA)

We are committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with applicable privacy laws. You have the right to:
